Here is my honest opinion on Miyoko's Cashew Milk Mozzarella Cheese.
My Review (6/10)
I’ve heard lots of good things about Miyoko’s Cashew Milk Mozzarella, and I was tired of it staring at me in the store when I was in my local Target’s produce section. At a first glance, it was like regular mozzarella with its texture and appearance, but it failed in application on a Margherita pizza. It didn’t melt in the oven and lacked tasting like the real deal.
