30 Vibrant Vegan Grapefruit Recipes for a Citrus Kick
Grapefruit is one of the most common citrus fruits out there, which is known for its bitterness. Try these vegan grapefruit recipes today.
Introduction
I didn’t have much grapefruit growing up, let alone many citrus fruits. After I started buying more of my groceries after going vegan, I learned about the greatness of citrus fruits. When I purchased grapefruit, my dad liked having half of one for breakfast after cutting it up.
The problem with grapefruit and many fruits with pungent flavors is that it’s so hard to eat it without messing up the flavors of the rest of the food you’re having. That’s why I save my grapefruit slices for last, so I can enjoy them without negatively affecting the rest of my breakfast.
Try these vegan grapefruit recipes today, including but not limited to the following.
