Here are some foods I like to have for breakfast as a vegan.

  • Grains: Plain bagel or two slices of toast
  • Fruit: A banana, berries, citrus fruits, etc.
  • Protein: Usually a Clif Bar
  • Extra Sides: Leftover veggies, granola, vegan cinnamon roll, and more
  • Extra Special Main Course: Vegan egg bake, breakfast casserole, etc.
  • Beverage: Like plant-based milk, juice, and vegan hot chocolate
